Can I include a personalised note?
Absolutely! All gifts can be personalised by leaving a message in the comments section at check-out. Please note, all cards will be handwritten!
Can I custom make a hamper?
Yes. We are more than happy to accommodate a custom-made order using in-stock products. Simply send us an email at email@example.com with details. Please allow extra turnaround time for custom-made orders.
Can I order a large numbers of gift boxes?
For large orders, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with details. Please allow extra turnaround time for large orders, as our gift hampers are made to order.
Can I order two hampers in one order?
Yes, of course. However, check-out only allows one handwritten note and one delivery address at a time. If you wish to order more than one gift in the same transaction, with a different note and address, please email email@example.com to ensure you only need to make one payment. Alternatively, you can order each hamper in separate transactions.
Can I place an order with a later delivery date?
Absolutely. Simply make a note of approximate delivery date in the allocated check-out comments section.
Can I choose pick-up as a shipping option at checkout?
Yes, pick-up is available as an option at checkout (free of charge). Pick up needs to be done from Miranda NSW 2228.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, our courier partners are able to deliver to Australia Post-owned properties. This includes: Post Offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations.
How fast is dispatch?
During regular trading periods, we will aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Please allow extra time for busy periods leading into Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Do you do weekend deliveries?
At this stage, we do not offer weekend deliveries.
What are the estimated times of delivery?

Can I check where my hamper is?
Yes. You will be emailed with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
What happens if no one is home to receive the hamper?
If the recipient is not at home, we instruct our couriers to leave the package safely at the front door (out of the sun) or at a workplace. If couriers are unable to leave it safely, they will leave a card in the mail box to arrange re-delivery or parcel pick up. If the address is wrong or the package is not accepted by the recipient for various reasons, the package will be returned to 'Lil Footprints Hampers and re-delivery fees may apply.
Is your packaging recyclable and sustainable?
Yes. All our packaging and promotional material is recyclable and sustainable.
Are the products included in your hampers cruelty-free?
Yes. All the products included in our gift packs are organic, natural and cruelty-free.
Are the products included in your hampers, Australian?
The majority of products included in our gift packs are Australian-owned.
Is 'Lil Footprints Hampers an Australian business?
Yes. We are a small local business operating from Miranda, NSW, 2228.
Do you have a shop front?
No. At this stage, we only operate as an e-commerce business.
Why don't you charge GST?
'Lil Footprints Hampers is currently exempt from charging GST due to being a small business.
